We accept orders from individuals, businesses and educational institutions in Latvia and abroad. Consumer rights described here apply to individuals purchasing outside their business or profession. These terms do not restrict protection under laws mandatorily applicable to the customer.

Price and payment

Prices are in euro. The company is not VAT-registered and does not add VAT. A book’s final price depends on its format, page count and number of copies. The price of framed artwork reflects the selected size and order options. Any additional work and its price are agreed before it is carried out.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Use the details we provide for a bank transfer. If you choose card payment, it is processed by Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay are offered on supported devices and browsers with a compatible payment card added.

After submitting an order, you receive its summary and payment instructions. We review book orders individually and agree the proof and final price before production. Large-format artwork is paid for in full. Receipt of payment does not itself replace proof approval.

€19 memory book reservation

The €19 reservation payment applies to each separately designed book and is fully credited towards its final price. Identical additional copies of the same book need no further reservation payment; their price is included in the final quote.

€19 is not the price of the complete book. You pay the remaining balance after approving the proof.

The reservation is valid for 30 days from receipt of the reservation payment. Within that period, hand over the artwork or contact us to agree the next steps or an extension. Expiry does not automatically forfeit your payment. We contact you before closing the order; cancellation is settled under the procedure on our “Cancellation and returns” page.

Handing over the artwork

Bring the original artwork to us or send it free of charge with Omniva. We can also collect it within Riga. After you order, we will agree the handover details.

The drop-off address is Brīvības gatve 257, Riga. Please arrange a time with us in advance. Provide materials you are entitled to use for this order.

Proof, production and delivery

We show the book proof in a video sent by email or WhatsApp, as agreed with you. Check the images, text and selected options. If a detail is not clear in the video, ask for a close-up before approving it. Printing starts after written proof approval and payment of the amount due.

Books are normally prepared within 2–4 weeks of receiving the originals; large-format artwork normally takes 1–2 weeks. We confirm each order’s timeframe and starting point individually, taking account of the work involved and proof approval. Transit time is confirmed for the destination. If the timeframe changes, we inform you and agree the next steps.

Changes after proof approval and any additional costs are agreed before the changes are made. Proof approval does not remove your statutory right to receive conforming goods.

Free delivery

Delivery of the finished order is free worldwide. We agree the delivery address and method with you. We prioritise Omniva where available and suitable for the parcel size. In Riga, we deliver large frames ourselves or by courier; for other destinations we arrange a suitable carrier.

For shipments outside the EU, we clarify any customs formalities and import charges before confirming the order. Import charges are distinct from our free delivery service; we inform you of any potential additional obligations before agreement.

Original artwork

You can choose to have the originals returned with the finished order or disposed of free of charge. We dispose of them only with your clear, separately recorded permission and no earlier than 7 days after you receive the finished order.

Without disposal permission, we do not automatically destroy originals; we contact you to arrange their return. The seven-day period concerns physical originals; retention of digital files is explained in the privacy policy.

Cancellation and complaints

Personalised goods have specific withdrawal rules. Our “Cancellation and returns” page explains how to request cancellation or report damage and non-conformity. These terms do not limit consumer rights under applicable law.
