Before you order.
Is €19 the final book price?
No. It is a reservation for each book, credited towards its final price. You pay the balance after agreeing the layout, page count and price. An identical copy needs no additional reservation payment.
How do I get the drawings to you?
Give us the original artwork — we will do the scanning. Choose the most convenient option:
- Bring it to Brīvības gatve 257, Riga at an agreed time.
- We can collect within Riga — we will agree the address and time with you.
- Send it free of charge with Omniva — we will email you the shipping instructions.
What if I don’t know how many pages I need?
Choose an approximate page count to start with. Once we have seen the artwork, we will help you confirm the page count and price.
Will I see a proof before printing?
Yes. We show your proof in a video sent by email or WhatsApp and make changes if needed. Printing starts only after your written approval.
How long does a book take?
2–4 weeks after receiving the original artwork. We confirm the timing based on the work involved and layout approval.
Is there a discount for several books?
When you order at least 3 books, the most expensive is full price, the next has 5% off, and the third and each further book have 10% off. Identical copies do not count towards this total.
Can I order another copy of the same book?
Yes. Select the identical copy option for your book to receive 50% off its full price. The copy has the same content, size and page count. Discounts are not combined.
Will I get the original drawings back?
You can choose to have the originals returned with your finished order or disposed of free of charge. We dispose of them only with your explicit permission, no earlier than 7 days after you receive your finished order.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email sveiki@maziemeistardarbi.lv with the order number and a description of the problem. Include photos if possible. Buying a personalised product does not affect your right to receive goods that conform to the contract.
