Delivery of your finished order is free worldwide. We agree the delivery method and destination with you separately.
Getting your original artwork to us
Bring the original artwork to us or send it free of charge with Omniva. We can also collect it within Riga. After you order, we will agree the handover details.
- Bring it to Brīvības gatve 257, Riga at an agreed time.
- We can collect within Riga — we will agree the address and time with you.
- Send it free of charge with Omniva — we will email you the shipping instructions.
Delivery of your finished order with Omniva
Free.
We prioritise Omniva where it is available at your destination and the packed order fits a parcel locker. We agree the collection locker with you.
Delivery to your door
Free.
For larger framed artwork in Riga, we deliver ourselves or use a courier. Elsewhere, we choose delivery suitable for the destination and order size. We agree the address and delivery time with you.
Will I get the original drawings back?
You can choose to have the originals returned with your finished order or disposed of free of charge. We dispose of them only with your explicit permission, no earlier than 7 days after you receive your finished order.
If your parcel is damaged
Contact us at sveiki@maziemeistardarbi.lv with your order number and a description of the damage. Photos of the packaging and item help us assess the issue.
